Cold-air atomisation, in four steps.

No heat. No water. No combustion. Fragrance is converted to a sub-five-micron mist and held in suspension long enough to fill a defined zone evenly.

Sub-five-micron droplets carry further than steam.

Steam-based diffusion drops out of the air within minutes. Cold-air atomisation produces a dry, sub-five-micron mist that stays suspended for hours and distributes through normal HVAC airflow.

Step 01

Fragrance load

Sealed cartridge of pure fragrance oil. No water, no carrier alcohol, no propellant. Sized 250 ml (cold-air) or 30 ml (waterless).

Step 02

Cold pressurisation

Compressor draws fragrance through a precision nozzle at approximately 2 bar. No heat applied. No solvent added.

Step 03

Sub-5-micron atomisation

Droplet size below five microns. Below condensation threshold. Mist is dry to the touch and stains nothing.

Step 04

Even distribution

Mist enters HVAC return or open-air zone. Stays suspended for hours. Diffuses evenly without hot spots or dead zones.

No. Sub-five-micron droplets are below the visibility threshold. The output reads as scent in the air, not as a vapour cloud. Steam-based diffusers produce visible mist; Airosyn does not.

No. The droplets are dry on contact and stay suspended in air long enough to disperse. Tested on glass, leather, fabric, and electronics. No staining, no oily residue.

Yes, on HVAC and Network AMC tiers. Modbus and BACnet supported on A316 series. Integration is scoped per-site by Airosyn engineers and the facilities team. Standard integration adds 5 to 10 days to install.

Yes. Telemetry, schedules, and audit logs are stored in India-region cloud (AWS Mumbai). No data leaves India unless an enterprise client requests cross-region replication for global ops.

Local schedule fallback. Each device firmware caches the last seven days of schedule. Diffusion continues uninterrupted. Telemetry queues locally and syncs when connectivity returns.

No. Airosyn fragrances are not tested on animals. Raw materials sourced from suppliers compliant with EU Cosmetic Regulation cruelty-free standards.
