About the engagement
Engineering a signature that survives the trading floor.
Sportsyard needed scent that worked under real trading conditions — not a showroom with sealed air. The brief was an engineering problem before it was a fragrance problem.

Our way
How we approached it.
Every space is different, and so is our approach. We start with the floor plan, the airflow, and how people move — then engineer a signature that holds, room to room, refill to refill.

"Scent is the only brand asset most companies do not measure. We built Airosyn to make it measurable, repeatable, and ours."
1
The brief.
Sportsyard came with a specific challenge: a high-footfall sport-retail floor in Bangalore where conventional diffusion fell apart within two hours of opening.
The store runs heavy AC throughout the day. Footfall peaks between 11 AM and 3 PM. Previous ultrasonic diffusers lost their signal before the morning rush ended. The scent experience the store wanted — premium, energising, on-brand — was invisible to the customers who mattered most.
2
The challenge.
Footfall and AC cycling broke every previous diffusion attempt. The floor runs 8 to 10 air changes per hour at peak. Ultrasonic units lost their signal within 90 minutes of opening. The scent was invisible by lunchtime — exactly when the most customers were on the floor.
The brief was not aesthetic. It was engineering: keep a consistent, premium signature alive through a full trading day in a high-ventilation, high-footfall sport-retail environment in Bangalore.
3
The solution.
Airosyn specified A315-M cold-air diffusion — a mid-range unit designed for 500 to 2,000 sqft high-ventilation spaces. Cold-air nebulisation produces dry fragrance particles at 1 to 5 microns. Unlike ultrasonic mist, they do not evaporate when AC cycling hits. The particles travel with the airstream, not against it.
Fragrance was a fresh woody signature at moderate intensity — calibrated to hold at 20% diffuser output through 10 air changes per hour without becoming overwhelming during quieter morning hours.
IoT scheduling stepped intensity up at 11 AM when footfall peaks, and back at 7 PM before close. The system never runs at fixed intensity — it tracks the trading floor.
4
The outcome.
Average transaction value rose 30% against the pre-install baseline over the measured period. The signature held through the full trading day with zero reported signal failures since install.
The IoT scheduling proved its value in the first month. Intensity steps automated around the trading floor's actual peak pattern — no manual adjustment, no staff intervention.
The engagement is live and on AMC. Sportsyard's ops team now treats the scent system as infrastructure, not an accessory.

Inside the rollout.

“SportsYard is designed around energy, movement, and community. AIROSYN understood that immediately and created a scent experience that complemented our space without overpowering it. The result was a cleaner, more premium ambience that fits naturally into our retail environment and encourages customers to stay, explore, and engage with the space for longer.”
