Data We Collect

• —Device data — device model, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers.
• —Usage data — features used, pages viewed, session duration, crash logs.
• —Location data — only if you grant permission. On the website, used for delivery and service mapping. On Android, the operating system may require location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices; we do not use it to track your location.
• —Communications — messages, support requests, feedback.
• —Diffuser data — device pairing details, Bluetooth identifiers, local network information, scent schedules, and usage settings when you pair a diffuser through the App.
