1. Who we are

Airosyn Perfusia Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Scope

These Terms cover consumer purchases of aroma diffusers, fragrance oils and related products through the Website, and use of the Website and App.

These Terms do not cover Airosyn's business scenting services. Scent marketing, ambient scenting contracts and all B2B engagements are governed exclusively by separately signed service agreements between Airosyn and the client. Nothing on the Website or App forms part of any B2B contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By ordering, you confirm both.

4. Products and pricing

• —All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• —Applicable GST is shown at or before checkout. Where a listed price states "+ GST", the tax is added at checkout.
• —Some products are listed as "Price on Request". These are quoted individually and may be sold under separate terms.
• —Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour and finish may occur.
• —We may change prices, discontinue products, or correct listing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will notify you and offer the correct price or a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

• —Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email constitutes acceptance.
• —We may refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, serviceability limits, or failure to meet these Terms. If we cancel, we refund the full amount paid.

6. Payment

• —We accept prepaid payments only. Cash on delivery is not available.
• —Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Checkout may be hosted by Shopify. We do not store your full card numbers.
• —Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the payment processor.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Warranty

• —Airosyn diffusers carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.
• —The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorised repair, misuse, or normal wear.
• —The warranty is void if any fragrance oil other than an Airosyn fragrance oil is used in the device.
• —For approved warranty claims, Airosyn bears the return shipping cost.
• —To raise a claim, email returns@airosyn.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or a short video.
• —This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Product use and safety

• —Use diffusers and oils only as directed in the product instructions.
• —Airosyn fragrance oils are formulated for cold-air diffusion in Airosyn devices. Do not ingest, apply to skin undiluted, or use in devices they are not designed for.
• —Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available on request at legal@airosyn.com.
• —Keep oils out of reach of children and pets.

11. Intellectual property

• —The Airosyn name, the Airosyn™ logo, the Website, the App, and all content, designs, fragrance names and software are the property of Airosyn Perfusia Private Limited or its licensors.
• —You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without our written consent.
• —Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Website and App as intended.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Website or App; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or harvest data; upload malicious code; impersonate any person; or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

13. Third-party services

The Website and App rely on third-party services including Shopify (checkout), Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and courier partners (delivery), and WhatsApp (order and delivery notifications). Airosyn is not responsible for the acts, omissions or terms of these third parties, though we choose them with care.

14. Communications

By placing an order you consent to receive transactional communications by email, SMS and WhatsApp, including order confirmations, dispatch updates and tracking links. Marketing communications require your separate consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

15. Limitation of liability

• —To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airosyn's total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
• —We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
• —Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Airosyn against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website, App or products.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government action or network failures.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the appropriate consumer forum, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

19. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, Airosyn Perfusia Private Limited has appointed a Grievance Officer.

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt, and resolve grievances within one month of receipt, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

Include your order number, contact details and a description of the issue. Unresolved consumer grievances may be escalated to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Data privacy grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The revised version applies from the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be notified on the Website or by email.
