Questions luxury homes clients ask.
- Kitchens are excluded by default. The signature lives in entryway, living, and primary suite zones. Kitchen scenting is rarely successful and we do not recommend it.
- Yes. Every zone has a manual override. The system also runs on schedules — off during dinner parties, on for morning ambience.
- IFRA-certified, allergen-disclosed. Most pet sensitivities are to specific allergens (linalool, citral). We disclose and substitute on request.
- Quarterly for most homes. Larger villas with continuous operation may need monthly. We handle refill scheduling.
