How do I choose between the six families?

How is intensity rated 1 to 5?

1 = barely perceptible, suitable for clinics and quiet zones. 3 = present and noticeable, the standard for retail and offices. 5 = strong and signature-led, reserved for hotel lobbies and event spaces. Intensity is calibrated at install, not fixed at fragrance level.

Are the fragrances safe for continuous occupancy?

Yes. All Airosyn fragrances are IFRA-compliant and phthalate-free. MSDS available on request. Allergen-free formulations available where required. Hardware runs cold — no combustion, no heat.

Can I get a custom fragrance instead of library?

Yes, for B2B engagements at scale. Custom signature is a four-stage process — brief, lab development, up to five rounds of refinement, production. Lead time 4 to 6 weeks. Pricing scopes by complexity and minimum batch volume.

How long does a fragrance cartridge last?

Cold-air cartridges last 60 to 90 days at standard runtime. Waterless 30 to 45 days. HVAC reservoirs scope by building. AMC clients get refills delivered before depletion.

Will my brand recognise the scent?

Yes. Library scents are documented with note pyramids, intensity ratings, and use guidance. We sample at the flagship for 30 to 60 days before any rollout. Brand teams sign off centrally.

Do scents in the library work in homes?

Yes. Several signatures are recommended for residential use, marked with the "Home" space tag in the library. Sample kit available for B2C buyers to test before committing.

What does IFRA certification mean?

IFRA (International Fragrance Association) sets global safety standards for fragrance materials. Certification means each ingredient is below the maximum safe-use threshold for its application category. All Airosyn fragrances are IFRA-compliant for ambient diffusion.

Where are Airosyn fragrances produced?

India. Production is in-country for predictable lead times and regulatory clarity. We source raw materials globally and blend in-house with master perfumer oversight.
